We cannot cancel your order once it has been placed. Additionally, once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations. Please double-check your order and shipping details before completing your purchase.

No, we’re afraid our restaurants do not stock our merchandise range, but you can purchase online at www.tobycarveryshop.co.uk
At this moment we don't stock children's sizes, but we're constantly reviewing our merchandise range. Our hoodies and loungewear are available in XS sizes so maybe suitable for young adults.
Yes of course, they make an excellent gift! Simply add the delivery address of the person you are buying for.

Shipping
Shipping costs are fixed at £5.99 per order via tracked UPS service. This is irrespective of how many items you order.
If for any reason an item you ordered is delayed and delivered separately, you would still only be charged the original shipping cost of £5.99.

No, we do not currently offer international shipping. We only ship within the UK mainland and do not ship to NI, Channel Is, IOM or BFPO.

Returns
You can return any unwanted item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding £5.99 shipping unless the item is faulty.
Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition with all tags attached.

Please follow our returns process:
1. Place your item and returns form in the original packaging.
2. Seal the parcel securely.
3. Attach the pre-paid UPS returns label included in your order.

5. Keep the proof of postage until your return is processed.
If your item doesn’t fit, it will need to be returned for a refund. Please note that our Shoe Charms are non-refundable.
We don’t currently offer exchanges unless the item is faulty. Once your refund has been processed, you’re welcome to place a new order if you wish to purchase another size or style.
Once we’ve received and processed your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. This usually takes up to 14 days from the date we receive your returned item. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed.
Return shipping is free using the pre-paid UPS label provided in your original order unless the return is outside the 14 day return window, or the item was worn, used, or damaged.
Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or there was an error on our part.
No, unfortunately our Shoe Charms are non-refundable. If there is a fault with your shoe charms, please notify us through our customer care team and we will follow our refund policy.
No, we’re afraid our restaurants cannot accept returns. Please use the returns form included in your order and follow the returns process above.

We accept Credit & Debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay for a quick and secure checkout experience.

Washing & Care Instructions:
Firstly, please follow the wash instructions on the label attached to your product.
To keep your garments looking their best and to protect the printed & embroidered logos we recommend the following care:
For Clothing (Hoodies, T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Joggers):
• Wash inside out to protect the print & embroidery
• Machine wash cold (30°C) with similar colours
• Use mild laundry detergent – avoid bleach or harsh chemicals
• Do not tumble dry – air dry flat or hang for best results
• Do not dry clean
• Do not iron directly on prints or embroidery, either turn the garment inside out, if ironing on the outside, place a thin cloth or pressing cloth (like a tea towel) over the print or embroidery. Use a low to medium heat setting. Iron gently, avoid holding the iron in one spot for too long.
For Tote Bags & Headwear:
• Sponge clean only
• Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or iron
